Our service is dedicated to ensuring your business has new parts promptly delivered to your door. We welcome enquiries and orders from new business customers and the general public.

We carry an extensive range of products at our warehouse. Providing the product or part is in stock, the team at Airtec will endeavour to delivery your order the next business day to metro areas in Australia for orders received by 12noon EST (orders under 3kg). Note: Orders over 3kg and large items are sent by road freight which generally takes around 3 working days. We will always contact you if any special conditions or delays are expected regarding your order. Airtec have a good working relationship with a number of leading logistics carriers to provide both air and road freight to anywhere around Australia or overseas.Payment Terms
- all orders must be paid in full prior to delivery (online orders do not incur a surcharge for payment by Credit Card)
- OR your business must have a Credit Agreement in place with Airtec Corporation Pty Ltd
Are Credit Card Payments Secure on airtecdirect.com.au?
YES. Credit card transactions from this website are processed directly to our bank via a payment gateway. The transaction is encrypted via a GeoTrust SSL certificate. No credit card details are kept on our server or stored on a database. If you complete your purchase over the phone using your credit card, any details are destroyed as soon as the order is processed.Delivery Terms and Conditions
Circumstances we do not have control over that may alter delivery times include but are not limited to:- road closures due to local roadworks, accidents, natural weather events or natural disasters
- airport delays or closure due to weather or other events
- breakdown or accidents incurred in the logistics and transport of our goods
- public holidays that are state specific may affect delivery times
- incorrect delivery details or persons not present at delivery site to sign for goods
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Airtec Corporation Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. We will accept product returns and provide an exchange or refund if:- the product is faulty, or
- the product is not fit for it's intended purpose, or
- the product does not match our description
- a re-stocking fee of 20% applies
- return freight costs to be paid by customer
